Johnson County
Pool deck coating in Greenwood, Indiana.
Cooler underfoot, safer when wet, finished in your color. Most Greenwood decks are done in two to three days.
Why Greenwood
What we see on Greenwood decks.
Greenwood has a lot of established neighborhoods where the pool deck is original to the house. Concrete that old often has surface spalling and patched sections that look mismatched. A coating unifies all of it under one color and texture.
We cover Greenwood and the surrounding Johnson County area, including Center Grove and the neighborhoods along Smith Valley Road. Older slabs need more prep, so we would rather look at yours in person than quote it blind.

How much does pool deck resurfacing cost?
Price depends on square footage, the condition of the existing slab, and how much crack repair and patching is needed first. Send photos and an approximate square footage and we will give you a number. We do not charge for estimates and we do not use high-pressure quoting.
How long does it take?
Most residential pool decks take two to three days from start to finish. Day one is cleaning, prep, and crack repair. Coating and sealing follow, with cure time between coats. Larger or badly damaged slabs that need significant patching can run longer. We give you a realistic schedule before we start rather than an optimistic one.
How much cooler does it actually get?
The manufacturer's testing shows a reduction of up to 38 percent versus bare concrete on in-ground slabs. The real number on your deck depends heavily on the color you choose, since lighter colors reflect more heat. We will show you a side by side reading on your own slab if you want one.
Can you coat over my existing Kool Deck or knockdown topping?
Usually yes, as long as the existing topping is still bonded to the slab and not delaminating. If sections are lifting or hollow, those areas have to be removed and patched first. We check for this during the estimate.
